In large parts of Alberta one of our biggest limiting factors is our water. We’ve probably all felt the pressure of dry years on our productivity and know the stress it can cause. We also know that managing what moisture we do get can have a large effect during these dry years. But what sorts of management can we do?

Join us as we chat with Dr. David Sauchyn, a professor at the University of Regina and Director and Researcher with PARC. Dr. Sauchyn’s research interests include the climate and hydrology of the past millennium and how this knowledge can help our understanding of future climate and water supplies as well as planned adaptation to minimize adverse effects of climate change on the western Canadian landscape.
